R Torso, Lower Back Pain

Injured back; degenerative disk; working on my fence at an awkward angle; slow degradation resulting in a week off of work and extreme pain; no standing; even sitting was painful; couldn't walk.; 21 Jun still pain; achiness in my back and tingling & numbness in my leg; lots of soreness in my shin still.
Nothing helped. I ended up getting an epidural cortisone shot. That worked right away, but still tingling and numbness in right leg. Will do that right away next time.
