R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

I'd say it was 2 controls from the end that the pain started, why couldn't it hold on for a few hundred more metres :-(
Not as bad as JK though so quick recovery, fingers crossed.

Physio and lots of stretching. Problems seems to be caused from pushing too hard and the muscle can't take the strain!
