R Torso, Impact wound / trauma

Hit a ski jump in canmore after race. About 14feet of air before hitting ground. Landed on low back/ right of tailbone. Imediate pain, left in Ambulance and to hospital.Nothing is broken- Had some internal bleeding, but that is better now. On heavy meds for the pain. Very very sore when walking, sittting, laying down, and moving around.
Just spent time healing, still hurts sitting from time to time, but getting better.
