Pulled a muscle on the lower right side of my back when skiing. Sore enough to keep me from running or skiing for a day or two?
May be able to do some arm exercises at F&S tomorrow?
One week today 11/1.
I consider myself healed, but some slight discomfort remains...
Maybe overdoing the double-poling without being properly conditioned? Arms were OK but back was tired and then I lost my grip on the last uphill and violently pulled a tired muscle...
