Very painful swelling after running into a concrete statue (in the shape of a birdbath) on a night street-o with only a little petzel headlight. oops! Also banged right rib cage. Both seem to have mostly healed in about 7 weeks.
now seems as though it's only the right achilles (and briefly the big toe) that is limiting what I can do.
