Very mild niggle or twinge on my left ankle on the inside. It's above the ankle and only really is felt when i twist to the sides, so to run forward is no problem.

I think it's ok today, i didn't feel it at all on my run. Don't think it was an injury or strain. Just a niggle from stretching but i don't think it ever would have stopped me from running.
