R Upper Leg, Other

2006-09-04 – 2006-09-06

Grade: 3

This is a very sore adductor (inside of right leg from groin to the middle of thigh).

This occurred after the orienteering on Sunday, 9/3. I had not trained for running, so this is the result. It hurt pretty badly for a day and I could hardly walk. I was OK by Wednesday and could ride a bike again.

If I kept moving it was not as bad. I think sitting in the office is what caused it to tighten up and make it difficult to walk. Rested for two days with no running or biking.
