next time stop running and mtb immediately. ice/standard protocol. enhancement to right orthotic by dr. heaslett seemed to help.

Long downhills or anything faster than 6:00 pace seems to aggravate it, as well as mtb/unpredictable jarring and dabbing is a no-no.
