serious injury to the outer ligaments. 4-6 weeks projected recovery time. lots of swelling and black and blue bruising.
looks like it may need surgery to fix it properly - ligaments healed badly and a bony nodule was discovered with the physio mobilisation - it is now a problem with the increased ankle mobility.
turns out surgery is required to fix it - scheduled for 5th February.
it will never be completely right - strap and support ALWAYS.
