L Head/Neck, Other

2009-07-30 – 2010-06-01

Grade: 2

I thought this began as an alignment problem in my neck, which I've had before from torquing my head and neck while doing crunches.

Saw the chiropractor on Monday afternoon, but the adjustment didn't last past the evening. Saw him again on Wednesday, reporting that there was some tingling in my L arm, radiating to my little finger. Once again the adjustment wore off quickly.

Time. Although I half-consider the imminent visit to the physical therapist to be curative. Now, if I could only get the appointment scheduled closer to the injury, it would heal faster, right?

In the end, it looks like deep tissue massage was the most helpful modality of treatment. Acupuncture, no; chiro, no; PT, not by itself, R+I, no.
