R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Felt something in my calf after doing intervals. At first it did'nt bother me to much. I just took it easy a few days and it got better. It got worse 12. July when I was fooling around without warming up first.

I'm not sure if it's completley healed, but I can run again.
