Hernia Surgery.
3 days post surgery required 2 vicodin every 4 hours. Then 4 more days of 1 Vitamin V every 4 hours. OMG, that stuff is strong, it was like i was on Crack for the 1st 3 days post surgery. July 21 feeling fine, most of my lost fitness is back. the remaining bit will take some more time.
