Tendonitis.

I'm too young for a cortisone short, and ibu didn't know it out.

PT 2x oer week for 4 weeks helped a lot. Need to keep it up on my own now & hopefully in a month or two will be able to say this is completely healed.

Also avoid overhead & repetitive movements.
