L Hip/Pelvis, Groin Pull

Started as a very mild strain last month, but has since progressed to a moderate strain. A dull pain can be felt along inner thigh. The mid-thigh in particular is quite tender to the touch.

*Edit - Looking back at my training log, it appears the injury may have started at the June 8th track workout.

I'm also calling this recovered because there has been no apparent setbacks from hard racing in the last 2 weeks. It's probably still a bit weak, however, so some strengthening will be needed in the ongoing weeks.
