R Knee, Patellar tendonitis

Noticed my right knee is sore in tendon just below my knee cap. Think it's from riding my bike up hills in too big a gear while seated last week (was working on power). Bad idea. Going to wear my pat strap for the next week at least. Want to cure this before it gets bad.
Pat strap and riding in easier gears helped heal this one.
