Run up the butte slipping in the mud caused this little gem. It's sensitive. I have decreased activity and I am getting PT for it.

While it feels weird to call this recovered, i'm moving forward. I ran 80 plus minutes without discomfort, so that's good enough to call it. What helped? 8 days of surfing in nosara.
