Benign positional peripheral vertigo. Dizziness in the mornings June 26 & 27. June 28, dizziness didn't go away. Doctor Greg Stueve did Hallpike test and said it was BPPV. Taking meclizine to combat dizziness & nausea. Will need physical therapy (vestibular rehab). Can't start PT until July 7.
June 30 - Start Brandt-Daroff exercises on own.
Hope I don't start another injury entry any time soon. . .
July 7 - PT did Epley exercise.
July 11 - PT says I'm OK.
