R Foot, Ankle Sprain

First injured on May 7 racing John down a steep rocky hill to the finish at John Forrest (I thrashed him). Reinjured on June 25 at Wootra Brook at walking pace. Reinjured on July 30 at Julimar stepping on fallen branches in undergrowth after 15 minutes of hard running. Soreness is mostly on lateral part of top of foot a bit away from the ankle joint. Did the same ankle again in Queensland on August 20. Doesn't seem as bad this time but I think I will start taping for the rest of the season. Hurt it another 4 times (one dorsiflex, one plantar flex, one lateral roll, one lateral roll with plantar flex) on September 3 at Calophylla despite taping.

I'm assuming this is not going to be a problem now the orienteering season is over. Still hurts at the front sometimes when I bend the toes up too far but haven't rolled it in the last month.
