Screwed up from Irish Step Dancing and my left leg being weaker than my right.

ALWAYS cool down!
PT rocks! (band exercises, heel drops to toe rises, standing on one leg and catching a ball, leg extensions and raises...)
Kick-boxing seemed to help. I don't know why. Maybe because it added diversity to the types of exercise I did.
