R Knee, Impact wound / trauma

Cuts into both knees with some stones still in. Worse on right which has now swelled, turning purple and yellow.
Not pleasent, but as far as I can tell, nothing too serious.

Moved towards grade 2 after run with more swelling and rainbow colours...
Not running for a few days - put on some sort of anti-inflammatory.
