R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Lower leg strain, painful along the front of the calf, and particularly at the knee. Has been getting worse, particularly in the last month. It seems that this all came from the fall I had at Coop's sawmill in December.
Meanwhile, the symptoms vary over time and I am no longer (as of January 10 2024) able to run at all because of knee instability and pain and lateral hamstring pain. And the back is acting up again.
