arches of feet start to hurt when i go for a run or do jumping exercises. started out as a little sore, but developed into a burning sensation.
update: i cant run more than five minutes without my arches hurting a lot. so taking this past week off hasnt helped. guess ill have to cross train
im guessing this developed from one of two things. i had been running in old worn-out running shoes. i also went backpacking in the mountains two weekends in a row, which was strenuous for my feet im sure.
