3rd toe on right foot injured last night when accidentally kicking the corner of the wall. Total Homer Simpson job. Duh oh! Swelling and bruising noticeable. Iced and elevated. Tried to run but pain was too much.
Ice and elevation. Tape splint for a couple of days and rest.
