Not sure exactly what started this. My best guess is 11/23 on my triple tree run with Richard. At its worst, walking hurt.
Last day of pain: backcountry skiing 1/3. Groin strains/pulls take a while to heal, I've learned. Running was mostly OK, but anything that put weight on my leg (backcountry skiing, fire boots, etc.) aggravated it.
