A slight pull curling from the upper part of my left inner thigh, toward my groin. It happened without warning as I was running on wet pavement on a gentle downhill, about 2.3 miles into a run. I was able to pause, and then resume running at a slow pace while stride restricted.
Rest and starting back slowly probably helped. This was my first injury in this area and not so deep as others I'd had.
