Felt pain on my upper outer part of the joint itself around the end of the run.. could finish the training, didnt seem so serious, but hurt definately..

Not even sure when was that point i could say it was 100% healthy or how i made it disappear, but i learned from it, that rehabilitation is just as important Than the training itself..
