Actually feels okay - but RIGHT HIP TWINGE in the car. Noting these every-time they happen to sense any patterns. Remembering it is coming up for healing! Think it was because I didn’t cool down enough or stretch after my 11km run today. POSITIVITY HEALS <3!

Patience, positivity, different movement! Less attachment made the pain so much easier to adress <3
