L Shoulder, Shoulder Pain

9/26/18: Shoulder is really bothering me, had trouble lifting my arm after doing snatches and pushups today.
12/14/18: Got a cortisone shot in the shoulder. As of 1/4/19 it feels great and no pain at all. We will see how long this last.
5/3/19: Got a second cortisone shot in the shoulder the first one was wearing off quickly for the pain was coming back. Going to do the surgery in Oct after my 100K in CA.
