R Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

R Hamstring light strain? Woke up today and it feels "pulled". No effect on flexibility. I'll take time off running until it heals. last time I tried to run through this it worsened and I was out for 3-4 weeks completely.

Just...went away. I'm not going to question it. Just keep doing long, deep warmups every session and stretch after and in the shower.
