don't think it was that bad, but i was off it for 3 solid weeks. (ok, i did do 1 trail run and realized i shouldn't have.)

then picked up a 3-week cold after 3 weeks of the above noted recovery, so i just rested some more to ensure recovery.

got during a track workout. cold outside - not warmed up enough? tried to start too quick??
