Sick, Cold

Cough and running nose, nothing like bed-ridden but I most certainly couldn't run or compete during the cold. Probably will last only 3 or 4 days - still have to work.

Really backing off on running and not pushing myself cut it's lifespan in half. There's no point in overexersion if it's going to end up doing more harm than good.
