So I've been ignoring this for about two months, and running in the snow really aggravated it. Hoping it doesn't last two long. Pain around achilles and sides of ankle, whole calf feels tight now too. Have some strengthening exercises to do and will try stretch it out
Don´t think it was really ever achilles tendonitis, but the sciatic nerve being tight. I´m doing sciatic nerve flosses 4 days a week and honestly that´s been the best thing ever for it. That and training at least 5 days a week, I´d say I´m much more consistently active now that my job is not 80% desk work
