L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Pulled my calf with 5 controls left on Day 1 of 5+5 Cyprus. Walked the last part of the course slowly. Had some problems walking later in the evening but calf loosened up a bit after a while, but far from perfect.
Could "run" the rest of the races that week and felt OK mostly walking but injury came back when training in Göteborg.

Staying away from running too soon usually helps. Running while in Cyprus didn´t help of course and then pushing a little too hard too soon on my Veteran O in Göteborg made it come back.
Felt a little on my first few ski trainings but nothing that really mattered.
