Hurt my foot running out with Clayton on the trails. Pain is top of left foot, left side, midway between bottom of ankle and start of little toe. I'm entering this on 170516 because it's still there after three weeks and I want to monitor it. As of today, pain is as follows:
Standing: none to very slightly noticeable
Walking: none to very slightly noticeable
Pointing toes: slightly painful to painful
Pulling foot in toward groin whilst holding left side in underhand grip: painful to very painful; tender afterwards
When stretching my calves, left side seems tighter. Going to take ibruprofen and see if that helps, will also ice. Should have got on this sooner.

180516 OK, think it's extensor tendonitus. Need to stretch calf, take ibruprofen and ice it.

010616 Still not 100%, but not noticeable when running. Getting better.

Don't increase the load so quickly - 10% rule next time
