R Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

After my course Friday I felt a pain in my heel with any kind of pressure while walking. Felt it through the whole course on Saturday. Taking ibuprofen. Assuming plantar fasciitis because my brother had dealt with the same problems before.
I iced it well and stretched that whole afternoon. Took some ibuprofen and was good to go for Sunday.
