R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

27/4/16 This has hung around for weeks, have been able to run a few times, but it keeps going tight on me. Saw physio today and prognosis is that the muscle has good endurance (thanks to heel raises) but poor strength. Have to do small reps of heel raises with a 30kg backpack on, no running for a month.

Strength training has worked to the extent that I can run H3 course, but won't try any training runs for another week.
