Broke my leg in a double chasing sprint training after an excellent sustained period of training unfortunately. Suffered a spiral fracture up through my fibia which fortunately was very stable and a lack of ligament damage resulted in me narrowly missing surgery.
Cause: Crossing impassable cliff at end of sprint training
Prevention: Read the map next time! Going fast and felt under pressure - slipped on rocks
