L Foot, Ankle Sprain

ankel had been sore since last weekend, but rolled it twice today...once jogging to the start (i feel really dumb for that one) and again about mid-course on a downhill leg. it is yet to be determined whether it is really injured, but i suspect the ankle is weak and will need some additional strength exercises.
