L Knee, Impact wound / trauma

Fell on a gravel road(!) and whacked my left knee near the kneecap, maybe just a bit higher than my right knee injury of August. Feels tender inside the knee to run downhills, so slowed down to lessen the pain.
Taking this off my injury list. I can kneel on it without pain/achiness so it must be recovered.
