Lower abdomen - core muscle strain. Running painful (leg-swinging action). Very slowly improving.
Caused by doing too many sit-ups at Pilates, so I stopped going for a while. Been ignoring it for a few weeks, and hasn't been causing much discomfort. It was a nuisance because it was the same set of muscles needed for swinging the leg, but I can't say it ever slowed me down.
