Why no quadriceps on Attackpoint?

Weird cramping started with night O at Harvard. Maybe stepped funny? Hurts when running or biking so far. Good thing to get right before an O meet, right? Right.

Got pretty bad after 10 miles of stumble-O. Was able to walk most of the course, but then barely up the stairs at home. Had to skip the second half of the weekend and lay low for a couple of days.

Rest! Rest is good. Only took a couple of days.
