R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Developed during Day 5 at the Scottish. Could hardly walk after my run, but physio, ice and ibuprofen gel got me running on Day 6. Pretty much over it after a week.

Numerous lower leg problems since sciatica three years ago, suggests need to get back sorted, not just treat the calf injuries
