R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Stretched/ sprained/wrenched it. Going to rest it for 36 hours then see a physio towards the end of the week. Not going to do any exercise this week so hopefully I will be fit for Scotland.

My shoes being too small caused massive blisters and inflamed the sheath but not the tendon. After physio, rest and ice for two weeks no futher pain. Won't wear those shoes again.
