Achilles? Soleus?
No gradual onset, just suddenly cramped up on a short run & now limping when walking.
Confirmed Soleus strain. No running for 2 weeks.
Lots of calf stretches.
5x+/day 20s x 5
2 weeks no running, calf stretching
1 week flat running, calf strengthening & stretching
Finally ramp up to hills felt good.
