It's back...I went to the PT this week and got some exercises for: quad stretch and gluteus medius strengthening (jane-fonda leg lifts, clamshell)
18 Jun I've been doing the exercises regularly. They seem to be helping. New exercises: bridge pose with posterior pelvic rotation; standing quad stretch; kneeling quad stretch, all with pelvic rotation.
Weakness in my hips, limited flexibility in my hips, but most of all, tight quads. Stretch!
