Broke my ankle palying touch football. Hadnt run on it due to pain in talus. Went for a short run in a 30 minute score event and it came up ok. Played tennis on it the weekend after and it is still ok. Bike riding will be the most important thing now due to the reduced weight bearing and less impact on the injury. I am hoping to return to serious competition in 2008.
