R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

From doing extra activities on exercise bike because of hamstring injury on other leg.
About 2" up from bottom of achilles (roughly same height as ankle bone).

When at worst - ice helped. Have not biked since injury, but the achilles does not hurt while running now (~4 weeks or so after injury). This one was a bummer, as I was not able to run much during this time due to hamstring injury on other side.
