Annoying more than anything. Doesn't really bother me during running (although I think I tweaked it running). It is noticeable while climbing on the bike but mainly it hurts when I lift my leg to get onto the bike or if I do sudden lateral movements. It needs 2-3 days without exercise but I keep trying to push things too much, too early.
Seemed to go away on its own more than anything. Probably would have gone away faster if I had rested.
