chronic groin discomfort...overtraining. gone easy last month but still tight. will see if acupuncture helps.

jan 25...getting better...can run sub 135 with no noticible pain.

Feb 23: Continues to show improvement...50 plus miles per week with no pain...all MAP pace. Starting to incorporate surges.
