L Hip/Pelvis, Groin Pull

Contracted this pesky low-grade injury early this year, probably during an O event stepping up a steep river bank or similar. Went finally in to have it diagnosed. On Monday, Dr. Fernandez at HP Como said it's a strained hip flexor. She prescribed some specific strengthening and stretching exercises but no meds and not rest. My kind of doctor :)

It's still there but very slowly decreasing. Absolutely no effect on activity level, so I'm going to close this.
